¿Qué es el drop ?

El drop de los tenis es la diferencia de altura de la suela entre la parte delantera del pie y el talón. Un drop reducido preserva el movimiento natural del pie al correr y permite minimizar las denominadas tensiones "biomecánicas". Estas pueden provocar lesiones. En estos tenis Run Support Easy, el drop se ha reducido en 6 mm con la intención de respetar la pisada natural de los más pequeños.

Los tenis de atletismo júnior se han diseñado especialmente para satisfacer las necesidades de los pies de los niños.Para una misma talla, los niños tienen los pies más finos y ocupan menos volumen total dentro de los tenis que los adultos. Asegúrate de dar a los pequeños atletas que están en pleno crecimiento el espacio necesario para no limitar su práctica. Y como adulto, si eliges los tenis de niño, limitarás los movimientos de tus pies, lo que tendrá un impacto sobre tu cuerpo.
